I typically ship orders within a few business days of receiving payment. It's my goal to have pleasant, polite and positive interactions with everyone. I pack my orders well and my packages are generally sturdier/heavy/stronger than the average seller. I also ship records in outer polybags for added protection.
My default shipping method is MEDIA MAIL within the US. Media mail offers the lowest shipping costs, and is reliable, dependable, and reasonably quick more than 99.9% of the time. That said - if I am always willing to accommodate buyers who wish to upgrade and pay extra shipping methods (e.g., Priority Mail, insurance, etc.). If you want to do this, please send me a message **BEFORE** paying for your order with default Media Mail. I am happy to let you know how much these add-ons will cost.
NEW RECORDS - I sell and distribute many new records - some sealed and some not. I cannot guarantee the pressing quality or sound quality of any new record, as this is beyond my control. Thus, I cannot guarantee your satisfaction with the pressing quality of new records. If you believe that your (new) record is defective in any way, please the record label directly. Almost always, however, issues with new records are remedied by cleaning the new record or by adjusting your tonearm/stylus. Please do your own research on record labels and specific pressings before ordering. The vast, vast, vast majority of new records are mint and fresh and everyone is happy... but I do have to say this!
SEALED RECORDS - Let me know if you would like me to neatly open the shrink on your sealed record so I can ship the vinyl outside of the jacket and inside of a new polybag. I am happy to do this. Otherwise, please understand that there is a small risk of the vinyl inside a sealed record causing minor splits to the jacket inside of the shrink. I am not responsible in this case. That said, I am always sure to pack records as securely and tight as possible.
