Issued in a special packaging: a cardboard box with two folding front half-s sealed with a sticker, opening to reveal 5 cardboard cases (of different sizes and colours), each being slipped into the largest one. The smallest one houses the CD (in a yellow paper inner sleeve) and the DVD (in an orange paper inner sleeve). This packaging also includes a 12-page booklet. Some sealed copies had a hype sticker on the outer plastic seal.

Bonus DVD contains 5.1 surround sound version of the album in DTS and Dolby Digital. Printed on DVD: ‹the surround edition›
