Embossed front cover
Gatefold interior is meant to be turned 90 degrees for viewing. It contains the beginning of "Dies Irae" ("Day of Wrath", a 13th century Latin hymn best known for its use in the Roman Catholic Requiem mass) in the upper right corner.
While the first two lines are in Latin, the remainder is in French. The gatefold is dominated by an illustration of a bearded devil embracing a muscular young man from behind, with the lyrics for "Purgatoire", "Le Pacte", "La Luxure" and "Le Judgement Dernier" printed below it.
A glossy, full-color inner sleeve shows Polaroid-style photos on one side. The reverse shows a photo of Andy Johns, the lyrics for the songs not included in the gatefold interior and credits with a notation at the bottom, right: NOUS DÉDIONS CET ALBUM A JOHNNY WINDMILL (= We dedicate this album to Johnny Windmill).

On the label it says made in Holland, Sole difference with the other one is the runout number
