Great album but sadly I've tried several copies on vinyl and they all had a manufacturing defect on side 2 which caused the stylus to stick , a small pin sized mark in exactly the same place on all copies, will have to make do with the cd but it's very sad this happened, just a warning to fellow collectors of this awesome group

Great pressing. Really gives perspective to the 180g hype. This is not a heavy pressing, but it's flat, dead quiet and sounds great (even though the gain needs to be turned up due to the length of the lp).
Something weird going on with the track listing though. On my copy, track B9 matches up to the digital version of Pipe Dream even though the sleeve lists it as Meanders. -
Unlike the stunning 6.5, this album is a mixed bag for me. There are great moments reminding of classic FSOL, like "Mountain Path" or "Solace", but the rest is pretty much about sound patterns and effects. There are great ideas, but they sound like abandoned or end abruptly ("Electric Pastol"). And on top, there are things I'm not getting at all: neo-classical "Wild weather" or the monotonous "Leak Stereo 70". Quality over quantity please... Switching to 6.5.
