This was released in a heavy fully sealed PVC jacket, that resulted in quick offgasing on the records, affecting sond in various ways. Sealed copies will be the worst, but even most opened in the 60ies will have the same issue. I've seen quite a few over the years, and never seen any without offgasing traces.
