I'm fairly certain the baby heard in track 4 (message version) was sampled from A2 of Pink Floyd - The Wall

Edited 9 years agoI found this in a charity shop two days and I have just finished to this CD Single. The 'Eat Me Edit' is simply the commercial radio edit for the song that we all know and love, which has that instantly-recogniseable classic piano melody! The 'Dream Version' is the original extended version of the radio edit. The 'Guitar Mix' is actually the original mix of the song, which accentuates an acoustic guitar-esque synth melody (as opposed to the classic piano melody of the first two tracks), which sounds very similar to the 'acoustic guitar' synth sound at the beginning of the Eat Me Edit and the Dream Version. In the middle of the song, it has this funny-sounding high-pitched synth, which sounds a bit like a duck quacking. The 'Message Version' is practically the polar opposite to the first three mixes because it is actually a vocal version of the song and it has a slightly darker and moodier feel than the other three mixes. It has both word-spoken lyrics and melodic singing and it has a powerful message about love, hate and war. I also really like the synth-melody in this version. The first two mixes are my two personal favourites, but all mixes on the CD are great! This was an excellent buy and I would recommend this any of fans of the song, of Trance music and of Robert Miles' music will enjoy all four tracks.
