Notes
MISPRESSED version: This version is the first one issued in Europe, the one which has been mispressed:
Due to a manufacturing error, the first 43 seconds of the CD contain sounds from (unknown live date) concert ending ("Alive" by Pearl Jam). As a result, all songs start 43 seconds later than programmed. People who purchased the misprint could trade it for a good copy, but not everyone did that.
Packaged in a standard jewel case with shiny black tray and includes an assembled 26-page booklet: page 2 and 3 fold out in 3 pages, page 11 folds out in 10 pages. Some pages are partially transparent. Also contains a second booklet, hidden underneath the CD tray. It features lyrics from the album after Kid A, Amnesiac.
In booklet:
Mastered at Abbey Road Studios.
The font we wrote the word 'Radiohead' in is made by Buro Destruct, Berne, Switzerland.
The track 'Idioteque' contains two samples from the Oddyssey label title 'First Recordings - Electronic Music Winners' (1976). The two compositions sampled are Paul Lansky's 'Mild Und Leise' published by Grim Tim Music and 'Short Piece' by Arthur Kreiger published by the Subito Music Corporation. Both samples are used with the kind permission of the composer and the Sony Musc Corporation.
