Very noisy pressing. Side 2 isn't bad but the other 3 sides are awfully crackly. Great dynamics and fidelity though.

They must’ve fixed the audio problems with this pressing recently because while my copy definitly has some noticeable crackling on disc 2 it’s nothing unlistenable, and the mastering sounds very rich clear and full of life! Vinyl packaging and record colors look amazing too, def not perfect but I’m pretty pleasantly surprised with this pressing!

Pretty noisy. Irritating. It was already not a great output from her so it could have used a vinyl pressing that highlighted it’s strengths! Moon sounds great but otherwise the pressing quality is subpar. Just so many pops and cracks which this album doesn’t benefit from in the least. Wonder how the other pressings fare..

My pressing is noisy. Lots of crackle. The orange disc is a little better than the blue, in my set. Just listened to orange. The loud parts sound pretty good. Maybe a little muddy. Starting out on the blue disk, Hollow is chock full of crackle. This sparse, quiet track really suffers. Even the louder segments are very noisy. The beginning of Virus, is really bad on my copy. Gets a little better as the music builds. Sacrifice has a lot of surface noise as well. My blue lp is definitely worse for surface noise. It's a pity. The double gatefold is heavy and beautiful. The louder ages sound good to me, but the quiet sections are noisy. If you can get it cheap, and you don't mind some surface noise, then get it. Otherwise, I'd seek out a better pressing, if one exists.

packaging is so high quality, everything is super thick and glossy. really nice. as for the records, they are super super thin but the colours are nice and my copies sound really good? not sure why everyone else’s sound so bad. mine sound super clear and crisp.

There's no justification for how bad it sounds - on average 12,5 minutes of music per side, yet still super low volume with crackles, distorted sound all the way - I do love the packaging and all, and it's not about the mastering either, the vinyl version is just worse in every way. Sadly, it's merely a Björk collectible. For people trying to own the whole colored vinyl collection : get over it, not worth the money.
