This is the so-called "third pressing".
When the "Better Dead On Red" sleeves for the 2nd pressing came in, Glenn still had about 100 extra black vinyl 1st pressing copies without sleeves. He used the new sleeves on the extra vinyl, and then supposedly filled a large order from Tesco Vee at Schoolkids Records in Ann Arbor, MI.
