According to Midheaven, the copies for sale are reserve copies from the original pressing of 1000 so it’s not a repress.

Edited one year agoAs stated below, as of this date, still available from midheaven.com for like $27. Overpaid for mine last week by $12, so search and cop ASAP. Essential!!

Best sounding Raw Power-era songs you can get on vinyl. Absolute treasure. The instrumental "I Need Somebody" on Side B gives you insight into what Raw Power could/should have sounded like. If you find it, get it. I found mine at a Half Price Books. You never know where one of these 1000 copies could be, but keep an eye out.

Guys, I own this vinyl, these versions are not available elsewhere, official or bootleg release.
This is truly a treasure for Stooges fans like myself -

A4 - Buscar Y Autodestruccion "Search And Autodestruct" (Instrumental mystery track. Believed to be a work in progress, of what song is debatable)
to my ears, this sounds like a very early version of "Hard To Beat". similar arrangement, and the chord progression sounds like a basic blueprint for the song. also, the guitar solos are in the same places. I have no proof of this, its just what it sounds like to me.
