The original numbered 2000 limited edition run had many pressing faults. So much so that the record company had to do a small run of repressings (which are not numbered). The quality on these repressed sets is far superior, & because of this, the unnumbered editions are as much, if not more in demand. A great box set.

This was put out as a stand alone 7" via soul boys Outtasight it comes is a really nice UK Tamla Motown tribute die-cut card sleeve in tangerene and the sleeve is unique as it pays tribute to the various USA motown labels Soul, VIP, Tamla etc etc!
Franks side is the fabulous true stereo mix (blows your head off)
The Originals side is sadly mono.
its listed here as a reissue! It can't be as it never came out in this configuration before it is/was a UK first
should have TMG-FWS1, IMHO, and not the silly crazy forgetable UMG Euro telephone number but what do I know! (cant barcode TMG FWS1)
Makes the gaff mix put out with Chris Clark's version on the B (came in a green die-cut card sleeve side opening (why ?) vile feature barcode (why?) look really really silly and pointless, some crazy idiot took the left channel of the stereo mix and folded it down to a sum mono 1/2 of everything is missing it was a megga mistake cock-up and UMG very embarrassed. This track was made for stereo
the vibes, strings brass, bass, etc etc comes alive and right out at you. You do not get this in the mono mix OR that UMG stereo left channel fold down be warned and avoid! -
Please be aware that nearly all copies being sold here are not original numbered box sets due to pressing problems on original 2000 run. They are being sold as limited to 2000 but were repressed and its not known how many are out there. So unless an actual printed edition number is stated it WILL be a repress.

Does anyone know if The Originals 'Suspicion' is a Holland/Dozier/Holland composition? WHAT a tune...!
