    Depeche Mode were no slouches when it came to b-sides, with the vast majority being incredible songs in their own right (even the instrumentals were damn cool).

    But Work Hard, oh my word. Simply sublime! You could say it's riding on the coat tails of Heaven 17's irony, but Martin clearly had the same idea regardless. Riding below the cool lyrics is the throbbing, pure Hi-NRG rhythm. DM have never sounded so damn dancefloor ready!

    I can listen to Work Hard (this original version, not the East End 12" mix) on repeat. It's that good.
