Fourth edition: 2000 black vinyl copies were pressed from new masters:
• This is the first version to play at 33⅓ RPM instead of 45 RPM. Side A label has "33 1/3" at left.
• Runouts are etched except for "MASTERED BY TRUTONE" which is stamped on both sides.
• The legal-size (8.5"x14") double-sided insert is printed in black and white only. (The insert for the first and second pressings has the same design, but with 'Sick Of It All' and the band-' names printed in red.)
Three sleeves exist with this pressing: all are printed on somewhat glossy thin, coated paper:
This version has maroon lettering on the front and a maroon banner at the bottom of the back sleeve. A Revelation catalog is printed inside the sleeve that lists releases up to REVELATION:9.
An otherwise identical sleeve has maroon lettering and banner but the inside is unprinted/blank.
Another sleeve has red lettering on the front and a red banner; blank inside.
Release number appears as:
