Three variations of this bootleg/counterfeit copy exist.
All three variations contain a black lyric cover with the catalog # 28AP 3169 printed on both the record sleeve back and spine. Variations are with the record labels.
The HM catalog # prefix was established by the bootleger/counterfeiter and is also seen on other releases from both Metallica and other artists.
No lyric sheet/insert was included with any of these variations.
1. Black & Green label (record label resembles the 1986 Japanese CBS/Sony 28AP 3169 release) Record label contains both catalog #'s 28AP 3169 and HM 26.
