Edited 9 months agoI found a misprint of a station to station release.
APL 1327 Matrix b-side APL1 -1324-B-IE.
The A side is a complete wrong with Bing Crosby on it DPS 2066 A 2E

Really strange.
Anyone else has this misprint version? -
Incredibly underrated album in bowie's discography. Anticipates the sound and mood of the Berlin trilogy, being at the same stellar level in writing, arrangement, execution and recording.
I have a mint copy of this first Uk issue: perfectly pressed, sounds great. -

Great press and great album. While short, has so many great tracks, such as Wild is the wild and the title track, Station to Station and Word on a Wing. Worst track is TVC15.

My copy has matrix no’s APL1-1327-A-1E and APL1-1327-B-2E but each label is a side 1 label, obviously a pressing plant error. Anyone else have this? The vinyl and cover and original insert and inner R.S. 1-76 are all excellent, almost mint. What value would this be?
-
If anyone, for one reason or another, has just the inside sleeve of the vinyl, I'd be an interested party..
-
Forgive my ignorance. I've seen it threads that the "wg" version seems popular as the best release of the album. Can anyone please shed a light on which one it is?
