Edited one year agoTransferred from vinyl, and quite noisily. Seems like they applied some pretty strong NR to the center image, and then boosted the stereo width to obscure leftover clicks and ticks. Effects and instruments that're supposed to cross channels just don't sound very good. That, and a lot of clarity is lost in general. The Japanese Edison CD that I've heard seems to be superior in every way that matters. I've not heard the Vinyl Magic disc. Steer clear of this one.
