LP cover is a gatefold with a textured faux leather surface with gold embossed lettering. Cover includes a sepia tone photograph that has been tipped in (glued on). Gatefold images also have a sepia tone quality, but are printed to appear as though they are attached to a marbled paper surface.

The notes for this, as well as several other releases of this album, describe the gold leaf lettering as "embossed." Technically, this is not accurate as true "embossed" lettering would be raised above the background surface - in this case a textured faux leather - and have its own surface. Rather, here the gold leaf is imprinted onto the faux leather surface with no true embossing. The texturing makes the gold leaf look and feel like embossing, but in actuality it is not.
