Not only does this reissue sound magnificent, this LP needs a reevaluation by the tastemakers of musical lore. Yes, it's different than the band's previous output (as it should be minus Ian Masters), but it still is an obvious extension of the band's previous work, and the direction they had been generally heading. This LP is much more indebted to David Roback's guitar work, and the more restrained aspects of bands like House of Love while still maintaining their Pale Saints sound. Is it my favorite Pale Saints LP? No. But judged on its own merits, this is a terrific LP, and a stellar pressing. Highly recommended!

I have to say that this reissue sounds absolutely stunning. I'm blown away. Cheers to the mastering engineer!
