Released around the time of a dying era for the true boom bap / conscious style hip hop, "Elevator Music" is an east coast jazzy hip hop gem of a track! My favorite song from this group and one of my favorite beats of all time, in which this amazing deep jazz vocal instrumental was produced by Ge-Ology. This beat could as well be used in a downtempo/lo-fi style setting and is perfect to accompany with the beautiful harmonious sounds of the original song that it was sampled from - "Shadow Of Your Smile" by Singers Unlimited, which is another record I own and highly recommend listening to!
