Their major label debut (& their last to feature doomed guitarist Bob Stinson) that’s chock-full of alt-rock catchy pop classics & a big step forward in of writing (was Paul Westerberg America's greatest post-punk songwriter?). Despite the trebly tinny production this might be the band’s most celebrated consistent release as the material worms its way into your psyche after a few listens.
Another great charming authentic ‘Mats gem.
