Found this at my local shop. Was hesitant to buy a bootleg but I love this album and figured if it sounded like shit I’d be able to resell to someone who didn’t care. So happy I bought it. It’s definitely louder than a typical LP but it’s smooth and sounds incredible. Been spinning three times over already tonight. If you can get one, pull the trigger. -
I recommend this release. Worth it for the price. Sounds solid, maybe a little more volume increase than the average lp.
While OG officials lps are probably better sounding in NM- condition , it might be hard to justify saving for it when the unofficial sounds as good as it does. Also it’s got the sounds between songs similar to cd , minus the silent 7min false end of cd ( no noise track) -
These are available on “The Vinyl Swap” online site for $60. It’s this Neon Green version. They sounds pretty good. Just have to turn up volume higher than normal. -

Edited 6 months agoI have to say not bad, not bad at all! Sound quality is surprisingly good, no need to raise volume too much unlike other boots....and the fact that songs are not edited like in the 1st pressing makes this release a must have in my opinion.
Artwork is nice too, it's not a gatefold cover like the original but i like that it comes with lyric insert.
Two words: worth it! -
Just got this sealed bootleg. It looks great and it's all there. There's some surface noise and occasional pops. No skips. The quality is maybe 6/10. Didn't seem to handle high mids well and was a little sorted in that frequency range. Only tested on 1 setup. Might sound better on a newer needle. Will find out. -
sound on this is great! the cover looks nice too. pixelation is not an issue. the insert is nice as well. dont waste your time with the official pressing, especially considering it doesn't even have the little mini intro tracks. this is solid. also you can find it right now on rollin recs.
