Notes
Second edition, featuring an extra track, 'Play Dead'.
This version doesn't credit Antonio Carlos Jobim on the last, inside, page of the booklet.
Comes with different hype-stickers attached to the front. Please check photo gallery for details.
Debut/r9104738: identical, except that it credits Antonio Carlos Jobim on the last, inside, page of the booklet (2nd line from the bottom).
Released in standard jewel case including a 12-page picture book of Björk and track lyrics. Initial copies had a circular black sticker on the cover stating "Includes singles Play Dead, Venus As A Boy, Human Behaviour, Big Time Sensuality". Other copies may come with a sticker reading "Brit Awards Winner".
Copies with matrix variant 1 feature approx. one minute of silence between track 11 ('The Anchor Song') and track 12 ('Play Dead'): The track length for track 11 read from the TOC is 4:32. The actual length of the song is only about 3:30, but a minute of silence has been appended. The playing time printed on the cover is 3:32. In contrast, 'Play Dead' follows directly without a minute of silence on copies with matrix variant 2.
Track 5 is a cover, originally sung by Bing Crosby.
Track 12 is taken from the soundtrack album for the film 'The Young Americans'.

"Made in England"
--- How to identify your copy
TPLP 31 CDX has been released in a bewildering number of pressings, and a combination of information found on the jewel case, in the booklet, on the CD label and in the matrix must be considered to identify a particular release. This release here is Mayking v1.
(1) Releases differ as to whether they contain a reference to the Antonio Jobim sample on the last page of the booklet or not. There is only one pressing without the reference, this first Maykind Records pressing here (Mayking v1). It may come with a round, black hype sticker reading "Includes singles Play Dead, Venus As A Boy, Human Behaviour, Big Time Sensuality" or a sticker promoting the album as a "Brit Awards Winner".
All other pressings mention the sample in the booklet. However, some of them make a "Made in England" reference on the CD label and others do not.
(2) There are two pressings that mention the sample and contain the "Made in England" reference, an earlier one without SID codes by Maykind Records (Docdata v1) with SID codes.
(3) Five pressings mention the sample, but do not contain the "Made in England" reference. This includes three Mayking Records pressings, all of which without SID codes and occasionally distributed with a round, black hype sticker reading "Includes singles Play Dead, Venus As A Boy, Human Behaviour, Big Time Sensuality". These three pressings can only be distinguished by their matrix data (another one with a matrix pattern reflecting the reissues of the mid to late 2000s.
Importantly, matrix information and SID codes are not sufficient to identify a particular release. The two Docdata versions partially come with the same matrix variants, and the same is true for some of the Mayking pressings.
