Disappointed to find that my copy had a huge extra piece of yellow vinyl stuck to the record. It ended up coming off during cleaning but it damaged part of sidewinder and everybody hurts. It especially sucks because sidewinder sleeps is my favorite song on the album. Both sides also skip right at the beginning of the songs. The only thing I have to compare it to is the og cd that I had as a teenager but I think Chris Bellman did a great job on this. I don’t always love his work but the music really shines here. It was great revisiting this album for the first time in several years. Too bad there were a few annoyances that kept it from being a better experience.

Very noisy. Would not recommend this version. Terrible surface noise even after an ultrasonic cleaning.

My copy was very noisy and had a skip at the beginning but once I'd cleaned it twice as well as giving it a full spin, it sounds nice. Almost no noise now.

Got this at the shop thinking it was the 180g from years back. Agree that it’s noisy. It’s not the worst I’ve ever heard, but I expect better from Craft.

Does anyone else’s have tiny black spots in the yellow? I thought at first it came out filthy, but after a cleaning, they haven’t budged.

Otherwise sounds lovely. The yellow is nice.

          Helluvan album.

My copy of this is flat but noisy A few visible non-fill spots on each side, but I could not hear them. It’s detailed and pleasant to listen to when the noise doesn’t detract, but I wouldn’t call it audiophile. I don't have another vinyl version to compare it to but I look forward to comparing to my 1992 OG CD from SRC.
