Thought this could be a cheap alternative to the AP SACD with the SBM, but the CD is too loud and dynamics are crushed on tracks like Sly and Chameleon. -
Herbie Hancock at his almost best (Only "Sextant" is better). Don't know why it's here -it has only synthesizer sounds, but doesn't seem to be electronic. However, "Watermelon Man" is a tribal funk groove that has it. And the other 3 tracks are good, either. Always : it's more jazz than funk or anything else.
