I find it curious that they used the same cover photo as this techno release: https://discogs.cinepelis.org/release/29707102-Ori-Lichtik-Joy-Stock

My FAVOURITE Blur record! Which might tell you I’m not exactly a super fan but I really love the songwriting and production here and find this album totally addictive.
Mostly stopping by to say this LP is mastered quite well and has a more realistic analog sound when compared to streaming Tidal and the vinyl itself is totally quiet and this is without bothering to clean it. Big rich sounds. Enjoy! -

Very much middle aged man music which i can largely relate to having grown up with these lads and they perform it well enough. Its not a classic record but its solid throughout and it i can tell i will enjoy growing older with it. My copy is flat and silent being super glossy (after ultrasonic cleaning that is) and it plays well. The cut is very low in volume, unnecessarily so perhaps, therefore the vinyl noise floor has to be low to enjoy this one. But it is smooth and crankable and i prefer it to my CD on tonal balance grounds.

What about "The Swan" ?!? Why isn't the best track of the album in the regular formats ? We need an official 7" now ! Please...!

Edited one year agoA so-so album. I find the production a bit flat and the songs are very slow paced. Not bad but I get more pleasure out of Cracker Island to be honest.

This is by far one of the worst sounding records I've heard in years, and I thought Beck's Hyperspace was bad. Compressed to death with no obvious reason. Folks, stick to the Spotify version, it is not as bad! No complaints about pressing etc, but mastering left me puzzled.
