Edited 5 months agoNew pressing being released in spring 2025. Be fast before it'll be sold out. Just ordered my copy. Hopefully better pressing than previous two. 😀🤔 80 bucks directly from WW. -

My copies disc looks great, I think that the colors are gorgeous, and really accentuate the theme of the deluxe set. the volume is a little on the quiet side on this album (its always been that way because of the source material) but with any amp you should be fine. The quality of the sound was surprisingly good, very little surface noise if any and I didn't even wash it beforehand. Very pleased

The 'volume' of the record might be a bit on the lower side, I had to turn up my speakers a little more than usual, but the sound was crisp and clear - no snap crackle pop on my copy!

I've owned the first slipcase pressing for quite some time. As much I love the packaging and think it's the best that Waxwork has ever done, the vinyl really isn't the best. I bought this edition hoping for a quieter record, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Even after multiple wet cleans and spins on my vacuum cleaner, there's still light surface noise in multiple places and ticks throughout. I'm asking for a replacement disc in hopes I just got a bad one.
