Tracks 1 to 10 recorded at Park Gate Studios, Battle, East Sussex, UK, February 1982. Mixed at The Lodge Recording Studio, Claret Hall Farm, Clare, Sudbury, Suffolk, UK, March 1982.
The three bonus live tracks "Rockin' 'n' Rollin' Again", "Too Hot To Stop" and "Power Lover" were recorded at the Marquee on March 22nd in 1982. These tracks are taken from single Too Hot To Stop, that was released in 1982.
The two other bonus live tracks "Waiting For Tomorrow" and "The Night Lives To Rock" were also recorded at the Marquee on March 22nd in 1982, but these recordings are previously unreleased.
"You Keep Me Hangin' On" was originally released by The Supremes Sing Holland-Dozier-Holland in 1967.
