Edited 8 months agoMy very first vinyl! Got this copy from a reseller and it sounds marvelous, although I do think the purple marble pressing matches the chaotic and anxious nature of the album better. Still, I'm proud to have this on vinyl.

This sounds great - not overly boomy - nicely balanced - really happy to finally have this on Vinyl - it was worth the wait for this one - such a great album - Indie Kylie is great.

A really lovely remaster and vinyl (despite a wasted opportunity not utilising any of countless other iconic Stephane Sednaoui pictures of the era over the sleeve etc). But, although it's brilliantly mixed with a great new balance (amazing and juicily heavy basslines throughout I'd never noticed before), it's a very quiet pressing compared to other 2022 LPs in general. Scared the hell out of myself when I changed the record on my deck and realised how loud I.P was on my stereo.
Not really a complaint as it sounds great. But, just surprisingly quiet overall compared to other records. Anyone else noticed this? -

Edited 2 years agoThis looks and sounds great for the most part, and I'm thrilled to have it on vinyl after so long. But I think there's a mastering error, on this pressing at least - the first half-second or so is cut off on Breathe, Drunk and Limbo. Was this the case on the 2003 remaster too, or is it new? And is it the same on all pressings?

It’s got beautiful sound… really grew to like the album and the weird indie aesthetic. Really diverse genre wise and shows several new sides of Minogue. She’s never been that experimental before or since. Next I desperately need Body Language on vinyl pls. Really hoping for a 20th anniversary release on LP next year.
