I bought this neon yellow version from JB HiFi here in Australia. The second disc is warped so much that, when it's playing, I can see the centre sticker on the underside! Despite this, it plays without a problem. The sound quality is okay, but nothing that improves the listening experience that much.

Easily Slipknot's best album in ages, possibly since Vol 3 The Subliminal Verses. Risks were taken with this album in very good directions, and for the first time in a long time for a new Slipknot album I didn't catch myself zoning out after a few songs and missing it all. Vinyl quality ain't great, even from a newbies perspective. Crackle here and there, some pops, nothing that takes you out of the heavier songs but can ruin the ambience of their more dynamic stuff. Still worth checking out if you're in the archivist mindset, but if you're looking for pure sound, maybe stick to digital. Kick ass album all around though.

Edit: Following up about six hours later, I've since given the album a clean and the stuff I said ruined the quieter moments is gone. Dunno if that's normal or not to get something you gotta wipe down from the factory but this is the second Slipknot record I'd had to clean brand new out of a shrink wrapped copy, so YMMV. Very much digging this now.

I'm not happy with my copy. The sound is ok, just a modern production but i have a lot of clicks on that brandnew record. and they are not flat. I think the czech have problems with good vinyl productions.

45 RPM is ridiculous for that record , 13min to 15min per size is too much for a 45 RPM and the inner groove is normal is mean the mastering is low. Not particularly impressed with the sound

I think this press sounds great. Could use a little more on the lower end and the separation could be better but that's what you get on color vinyl. Overall quiet and clear sound especially when you turn it up. Listening on a Rega P1 with Carbon cartridge, Rega phono mini A2d, and BP 9080x's.

Not particularly impressed with the sound on this. Also, whoever decided to use the same label for all four sides is on my shitlist

disapointed vinyl sound, the sound is just OK, We are not your kind sound so much better on vinyl, is cut Bernie Grundman too. For that one the lacquer cut is made by GZ. Really ? For that price?? Roadrunner is disappointing to sell vinyls at this price that sound nothing more
