Another love it or hate album. Old school fans tend to be negative on this one. This is a more accessible album easier to digest than earlier albums for new listeners. The title track just rocks. Araya's base is hard to hear old metal albums didn't have a lot of base but his vocals are ferocious and King and Hanneman duel it pretty good and the underated Lombardo's drumming is good. Only flaw i would point out off hand, is the production is a little lacking. Hard to explain, but its a quietly mixed album and if you listen to it and then almost anything released now you'll see what i mean. Loudness wars strike again ?
