This being from 1991 must be a fable based on catalog reference with "91" in it. Nobody used these sounds in 1991..

Also a strong reference, if you look at all other releases this collective has done under different alias are all from 1993..

Emphasis (Quick step) is a mindblowing 170 BPM for a 1991 track. Compare this to the slow 136 BPM of the hard techno track We Have Arrived from Marc Trauner.
Forget we have arrived (hard techno) KAA and Whizzard (Jean-Pierre Bulté) are the first produced gabber tracks as far as we know now.

I've been meaning to leave a comment on here for ages, yet forgot the name of the release until now, and then when I finally ed I noticed the reviewer's comment below ! :)

I agree that this is way before its time. Not only in of BPM for 1991 but also the style. Distorted kick drums, the type of analogue noises used in much later productions. Surely one of the first Dutch or German style hardcore techno records? Besides the often cited early P back catalogue or early Dutch hardcore / gabber tracks. This time from the often underrated Belgium!

seriously released in 1991? - WOW! time ahead concerning speed :D first rotterdam records around that time where hard but still moderate in bpm. So seems to be really one of the first straight close 160 bpm records besides UK hardcore. And sound is nice without annoying cheesy or movie vocal samples :)
