This release is part of the 80's Paper Sleeve Series and comes with an obi, with track listings written in Japanese. A folded sheet of lyrics in English and Japanese is included. The CD and back of the mini-LP cardboard sleeve have promotional symbols プロモーション用見本品, which translate to PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY—NOT FOR RESALE.

It uses the same artwork as the UK's original 1991 LP Rain Tree Crow.
