Edited 3 years agoNot as achieved as some other albums, in my opinion, yet there are undisputably some excellent songs here such as "Insect bites", "Discord at second midnight", "Harvest time for it all", "Carbon dating agent" ... The last song "toxins" : a fine melody totally messed up by noise. Maybe it's just what toxins are to the body (I don't know). All in all, a good album, after 3 or 4 listenings.

One of KC's most underrated (I hate that term) albums. Almost every song is great with a heavy emphasis on vocals and melody over instrumentation. Dischord At Second Midnight is a great example; it sounds fantastic simply sung on it's own! One of KC's finest albums in my opinion.
