Aqua Quote: Experiments must continue at all cost. Even if it means Death

Thanks to God, Bobbie Taylor, Helen Stinson, Underground Resistance, Red Planet, Apex Twin, Stephanie Carr, the Drexciyen Death Squad & to all of the Aquatic Troopers from around the world.

The end of the track 'Aquabahn' has the words 'I fuck my artificial fish' recorded backwards.

An extremely low number of translucent dark brown copies exist, consequence of a pressing variation.

"Experiments must continue at all cost. Even if it means Death" - a haunting quote from beyond. Rip James Stinson.

Drexciya is the holy grail. This Double Aquapak is an amazing condensed matter of what this timeless duo can do. R.I.P James, you’ll always be in our Drexciyen’s warriors heart. Forever.

Any reason why this 12 track release is defined as a single and not an album?

My guess is that 'Take Your Mind' is from the same time as L.A.M. 'Balance Of Terror' EP
Sounds kind of like a cross between 'Toxic TV' and 'Nuclear Facelift'

Classic, absolute classic material here. 'Take Your Mind' is a brilliant spazz funk electro track, 'Living On The Edge' is also a killer cut and a dark insight to the psyche of Detroit machine music, but hit 'Lardossen Funk' for the epitome of Drexciyan groove. Wigged out bassline's and spannered synths rise and rise to deliver a real catchy hook, and it'll stick in your head for ever. Drexciya have a knack of encoming the 80's, 90's as well as the future in their productions, this doublepack is not only early material for them, but has in it's grooves all that Drexciya strived to put into their music and philosophy. Unmissable for any self-respecting machine funk specialist.

'Take your mind' - Is a bewitchingly addictive track that infects the mind of all that hear it.
Very simple - almost cheesy .. A masterclass in Drexciyan music.. Very Funky stuff indeed........
