Played this for the first time, and I must say that the sound is great. Steve's bass is really clear here.

Great album great pressing... This album came out to change their sound.... Sure the worst from the great era 80-88

It is a really good pressing. Apart of the quality of the album, the sound is really good, the best thing about it is the perfect eq, nice treable (a bit low) but has a punchy bass that helps the tone of the album. Overall, a recomendable pressing

The weakest of their albums with Bruce Dickinson. No stand out track in particular. The fast driven opening track "Tailgunner" could very well have worked as a single B-Side on anything released from "Seventh Son" or "Fear of the dark". The new member Jannick Gears provides absolutely nothing to the table music wise. This album is also their first political mark in of liberalization marijuana on tracks like "Holy Smoke" and unfolds the ending of cold war in "Mother Russia". The single "Bring your daugher" was a immense disapointment. The album itself should never been released and is only defended by disillusioned die hard Maiden fans to this day.
