Reviewing every record in my collection:

Ok, so out of the package, this vinyl presentation is amazing. The magazine, big booklet, embossed gatefold; everything. I'd say it's worth having just because of that alone, and it makes it a must have for every Gaga collector.

Now, in the sound department, I have mixed feelings towards it. There are some parts, especially in the more House/Bassy songs of the record that actually sounds really good. But it really struggles with the high frequencies and the middle sections. All in all, I'd rank the sound as a 3/5, just an MP3 pressed onto a record

There is a difference between this black vinyl pressing and the milky clear pressing, sonically. This black vinyl pressing sounds a little smoother in the higher frequencies, but the milky clear pressing has a little more mid-range. Both pressings sound like they were sourced digitally and not with very good digital equipment. These pressings don't sound as good as the old analogue-mastered recordings from the 70's and 80's.

My copy is almost perfect except for a little bit surface noise pops up some time. But overall SQ is great! I love the art work it came with, which generally describe the Chromatica! I wish I could get the yellow version. 4.5/5!

My pressing is a bit of a let down as it doesn't sound as good as I thought it would, I believe that the 2020 pressings do sound better. Bought a Used one and replaced the record, now packaging and vinyl are both stunning

WOW! this record truly sounds fantastic. i genuinely don’t know the words to describe it. definitely one of the best, if not the best in my collection. AND THEN i haven’t even spoken on the packaging yet… once again WOW! gaga truly gave chromatica WHAT IT DESERVED with this packaging. probably the best packaging in my collection. just absolutely hit it out the park.
