Overrated and rudimentary at best. The sleeve might have been original, however there were far better sounds already existent and in the pipeline.

For a single that clocks in at under 4 mins (1.47 + 1.52) this record packs quite a punch. Its fair to say that this highly collectible offering from the Psycho-Surgeons is one of the most influential singles to emerge out of Australian punk. Its a bona-fide classic and (almost) worth the high prices it fetches. The rather appropriate cover was created when the surgeons got a couple of buckets of ox blood from a local butcher (or was it an abattoir?) and drenched the plain white covers in real blood. You sometimes see copies trading that were also autographed in blood. My copy is autographed, but thankfully only in ink on the label. This record should probably be avoided by vegetarians.
