Griff (31) – One Foot In Front Of The Other

Grabbed a copy in store today and turns out the misprint is still available 2 years later lol

I pre-ordered the vinyl and it arrived with track 2 listed as shade of yellow. I haven't actually listened to the record yet, but had an email from HMV advising there was a mis-print and that I would be sent a new one. It's arrived, and is exactly the same as the first one! Is it that shade of yellow should be there but wasn't on the vinyl, or should it not be on the track listing? I'm confused as to what i should actually have!

They've repressed the vinyl with the correct tracklisting and are gonna send it out soon! Check your emails.

Although I’ve now had a full refund Warner did send me a replacement signed art card that arrived folded in 2 places, dog eared and ready for the dustbin. Pics ed. This release has been shambolic with absolutely no respect for customers

my art card also came unsigned. disappointed that shade of yellow was accidentally left off. but other than that, the pressing sounds great.

More of a question than review: as I’m a bit annoyed also that track 2 side 1 isn’t Shade of Yellow. Can anyone who has the cd version confirm if that track is on the cd or is it One Night also?

Really disappointed with Warners response to the problems with this vinyl release. Firstly they asked for photographic evidence of the non signature, like I might be lying? Then tell me a signed art card is on its way to me, another week later and still hasn’t shown up, when I them again I get a copy and paste response. They still haven’t dealt with the wrong track listing issue either and just get the same bog standard response that management are aware of the issue. That doesn’t help everyone that preordered this in good faith does it? I wonder if the officialcharts should look at adjusting it’s first weeks chart position if enough people end up returning this for a refund?

Another thing... #2 is not "Shade of Yellow", seems like it's a song called "One Night" according to this https://recordstoreday.co.uk/releases/new/2021/june/griff/ but then "Heart of Gold" is missing from the tracklist here altogether. Well done Warner!

Same for me here. Pre-ordered back in March and the copy that I received today isnt signed. Both order sheets included in the packaging clearly state it was a signed edition. ed Warner, will see what they gonna do about it. I can see they still selling a copy of this album on their website with signed artwork, so I guess this wasnt meant to be a properly signed copy to begin with.
