Edited 19 years agoDead Or Alive. Well, with the exception of this tune, along with 'You Spin Me Round' and very quite possibly 1994's 'Sex Drive' (their only decent 90's effort and it was a collaboration), their entire catalogue is somewhat expendable. However, the aforementioned exceptions are high profile enough to make stand out from their respective eras. 'My Heart Goes Bang' is an vicious electro-fuelled, six cylinder dance generator with some great rock guitar thrown in for good measure. While it does tend to sound dangerously disposable at moments, the key changes, pumping chorus, not to mention Pete Burns' flamboyant vocals, are its saving grace.
