Edited 12 days agoThis is the best sounding release of this album I've happened to hear this far, impressed.
Although I'm not a fan of having just 2 songs per side and I'm not a fan of splitting tracks just to fit the intent.
Awesome packaging (except the cover art) and again - superb sound! -
Sound is great, surface noise is almost no present… BUT:
- artwork is in very poor quality
- how they could put track Naranyan (which is connected with Firestarter on CD and streaming) at the end of Side C? This is a very big deal to me as it creates a break between tracks that usually doesn’t have it. -
I’m not sure which version i have - but the quality of this is amazing. It’s interesting which parts of the mix that this master highlights, a difference to the digital version is noticeable. My only critique is The artwork could be slightly clearer in quality, but to me that’s a minor flaw.
Setup: Technics SL-1400 MK2, AT95SH cartridge, Sony TAFB940R, Klipsch Speakers -
