I hope for an original to compare with someday, but as is this isnt bad.
It gives a nice and clean yet smooth presentation and gets across the right feel the music wants to convey for the most part.
Its dynamic and has nice depth. Im often more worried than glad when I see "Remastered for Vinyl" because it could really mean its more limiting for the sound than anything else, especially bass wise. Here there are some nice bass moments, however I wonder if it isnt toned down for some of the inner side tracks like Eternity.
Separation is decent too but I feel like the Stereo separation could be wider at times perhaps.
The main thing holding back the sound is easily the pressing though. Granted my copy was quite tussled up in shipping so I hope my replacement is better.
For now my experience is pretty much a small mark every track causing pops. The surface noise is decently low which is surprising, a color combination or traslucency in general is quite hard to get quiet.
Most probably dont play things like this very loud and that certainly helps but I prefer to create a more real sense of staging and size to things which requires a volume crank that elevates these problems.

    Equipment Used:
    Technics SL-1210GR Turntable
    Paratrace tipped Nagaoka MP-200 Cartridge
    Cyrus 2 Amplifier
    System Fidelity SF-3050 Tower Speakers

Dunno which one I like better, the dark blue and white combo probably is still king and I like the white vinyl as it fits the snow theme. The red splatter is just referencing one scene but this is more like the snow theme again. Ill be happy with any which one as long as it plays quiet.
