Solid choice for this album instead of shelling out a mortgage payment for an early copy. Find a clean one and you will be satisfied! ( this album is not ever going to sound "great" - whatever that means, but just let it spin and sink into the legendary tracks.)

Is anyone else having some weird panning issues on side 2? Side 1 sounds absolutely phenomenal and kicks ass, energetic and smooth. Side 2 sounds great but is ruined by some panning issues on my pressing, it sounds like the music is doing a full 360 around the room instead of staying in one place

I also have this exact matrix run out and it clearly states stereo on both sides... I bought a copy of this new when I was a teenager, and even though I've had many pressings, from original peelable ones to the most recent ones over the intervening years, this pressing really does sound pretty good... I was actually impressed when I gave it a spin just now, I imagine this would have been one of the last stereo masters before the digital era. Enormous bottom end...

My PRC version does say Stereo on Both sides. Are you sure this is the stereo Listed and not one of the Monos?
