I bought this record back in the day, new, not second hand, and there never was an extra 7"? What gives?

I've been listening to and saw NIN live many times since I was a kid back in the 90's and this album is probably top 2 if not number 1 in my book and to finally hear this on vinyl is like hearing it for the first time all over again. Got my hands on a NM copy and as angry as this album is I shed a tear over how good it sounded.

Eventually got a NM- copy of this. Also my favourite NIN release as I already had the standard CD foldout digipak with the mini CD. Has exactly the right mixture of melody, distortion, electronics etc Does it sound better than the CD? not sure. it is different but the whole aesthetic of the cover & vinyl on a turntable makes this a winner.
My only question is who thought releasing 2 tracks on a very thin 7" was a good idea?
Any other vinyl release for Physical & Suck would have been better quality.....in order of best (all at 45rpm) would have been their own double sided 12", then on side 2 of this 12", then a 10" double sided.....

I guess this my favorite release from Nine Inch Nails.
I love the loudness, the aggressiveness and cockiness from this kinda BDSM era of NIN. Videos to these songs were long banned.
The 7” completes it. I just love the bold guitar heavy sound of Physical.

My copy the labels are reversed - Side A has blank label and blank side has Side A label. Was this common?

Does anyone know if there’s any difference between the cover and 12” for the copies that came with the bonus 7” and those that didn’t? I just picked up a copy with no 7” for a pretty reasonable price, and I’m considering buying one of the rogue 7” for sale here to go with it, but I don’t want it to look like a slapped-together hack job. It doesn’t appear to be any different, looking at the two release pages on here.
