Lovely pressing, compares really well with the OG UK ‘81 pressing I have.
Needs a good clean though! Highly recommended.

This pressing sounds amazing! No surface noise. Glad I‘ve bought this one. But the brighter and louder parts show some kind of distortion.

These siouxsie and the banshees abbey road half speed cuts are brilliant, I have this and the scream and now I'm gonna complete my siouxsie collection with these only. Agree with others though you must clean your vinyls when you buy them, just because they are new doesn't mean they don't need a clean. You'll be pleasantly surprised after. Brilliant...!!!!!!

My pressing is great. For the folks with noisy copies, try cleaning it. I had another new record with terrible distortion but it seemed to have some sort of release agent or film (not visible to the naked eye). Once I cleaned it with a quality cleaner the record sounded fantastic!

                At Abbey Road Studios, London.

This is a brilliant pressing, very dynamic sound, I didn't hesitate upon seeing Abbey Rd studios. Sleeve, inner sleeve and additional black poly lined sleeve tells you everything about this release, high quality all round. Highly recommend, don't sit on it buy it.

Man this pressing is THE SHIT! So bright and dynamic and open. Siouxsie’s vocals really stand out, and the soundstage is wide and grand. No issues at all with distortion on my copy, my copy sounds fantastic. Easily one of the better pressings i’ve owned. Helped me appreciate this album in a new light. No surface noise or non fill or any other issues- packaging is nice too, I really appreciate the poly lined inner in addition to a replica of the original the printed sleeve. Haven’t owned an original, but I couldn’t see it being much better than this.

Just listened to my copy. It sounded excellent. Quiet, open and dynamic. No non-fill issues, pops or crackles.

I confirm for my part that my copy is fabulous without unpleasant distortion. After a cleaning with distilled water the listening is delicious. This is a remaster of the original album and we rediscover details of a record that we know by heart compared to an original UK version exhausted by the several readings. There is however a very slight background noise between the songs if you listen carefully. but not as much as in my original exhausted version, there is 5DB of difference. The entire mix is just more punchy with more mid range frequencies (upper midrange or Lower treble) which reveals the distortion of the fabulous guitar of the late John McGeoch but no unwanted distortion found. All the details come back to the surface a real pleasure to listen again to this fantastic period of the Banshees. Play it loud!
