Was expecting more from Now Again for this release. The pressing is good, the booklet is beautiful but if you are kind of audiophile, you will be a bit disappointed by the global quality of the record.
This jazz-rock-psyche album from Axelrod is a must have.

I wish they would have used a better grade vinyl then cut the laquers with more precision. Grooves are barely there and the vinyl is not quiet. Overall worth the purchase since this one is so hard to find.

Mine is well centered, no marks, noisy as hell but still sounds really great when playing loud.

Pre-ordered my copy in 2018. It is perfectly flat and hole is centered; there's some surface marks on both sides but sound remains unaffected. Don't have an original to compare but IMHO sound is very good. Well spent money.

I never saw Dave complain about anything ever in his life. One time, while driving down Santa Monica, they got pulled over and she had 1/2 a lid on her.
Dave got arrested. Dave still never complained. Stop complaining.

Just received & put on a sealed copy. For anyone reading previous reviews/comments and seeing how some of them contradict each other, there's definitely some QC issues here. I'm sure some copies are flawless. Mine however has most of the previously mentioned issues.
                  -Tiny spindle hole
                  -Hole off center
-warped in more than once spot and both are enough to hear it.
-random marks and tiny little indentations on both sides (oddly doesnt seem to affect play, but easily visually noticeable.)

I care way more about things that mess with the way the record sounds as mentioned above, but just for the record the booklet also had a small rip on the outer page, the inner sleeve was halfway undone, and the bottom of the cover was unglued (biggest bummer in this dept.)
Opinion: The mastering is definitely on the quiet side, but taking into considering this is music from the 60's, not the biggest deal in the world EXCEPT that it would've been nice to have cut it a bit louder since this vinyl is a little noisy. Also, It's hard to know how music this old gets transferred to digital, but listening to this copy compared to listening on one of the evil worldwide non revenue generating digital streaming services, it would seem that "eq'd master tapes" perhaps means they hyped the high end slightly.

For the 25 bucks I paid I really wouldn't complain but the hole being off center and the record being warped are a no-brainer deal breaker. This would be going back if it wasn't sealed when it showed up.

United pressed this, and like most product from United, it's off center.
