So many misspellings and grammatical mistakes! Remarkable this ed any proofreading. Some massively pretentious writing here! Not to mention Paul Morley’s writing is next to impossible to trudge through and make heads or tails of his point.

it has everything you could wish for from joy division, unless you want vinyl. i must it 12" singles will have better sound. but you all know that.

I bought this with my student loan in 1997. I had heard of them but never heard them. I thought best to dive in and 23 years later still listening to them.

When I first saw this sometime in late 1997 I was on the poor side. My girlfriend at the time said if I bought it we were through. So I waited a few months and kind of kept it hidden. By the time she found it she was probably threatening me with something else. So the girlfriend eventually became a wife and there are no more threats. She finally realised music is most important to me and everything else is second.
It's kind of ridiculous how many Joy Division compilations have been released since then.
My glue tabs probably lasted three months before letting go.
I have no love for anything Paul Morley writes except that letter he wrote me as Otto Flake way back in 1994. -
