For on average double the price of a really nice American pressing Original this is the one I reach for. The drums and bass are more defined and very enjoyable. Sounds better than early American pressings I’ve had. Worth 40-50$ imo
-
Dead silent, heavy vinyl. This is my only copy of this album so I have nothing to compare it to, but I think it sounds amazing.
-
Is this just the original 1977 Ken Perry cut re-plated and repressed by KM? The runouts seem to suggest this. (Mastered by capitol/kp)
-
I compared this copy with 1st Canadian copy. Nautilus version offers slight more weighty voice, less sibilance and lower noise floor (quieter vinyl). So I keep Nautilus copy and sold 1st Canadian copy.

Don't let anyone tell you that this SuperDisc Nautilus copy sounds like crap because it's a very solid pressing. Nice and quiet, good clarity and separation, it plays great. The only thing it's lacking is a well-defined low end and it's maybe missing some warmth overall. My Bob Ludwig mastered pressing has a much better bass sound which really helps fill out most of these songs. But after listening to Rumours thousands of times, I've realized just how odd some of the production is, which can really throw you off when you're trying to find the right copy.
