I'm also looking at this LP. :-) But I really wouldn't pay 200 euros or more for the original 2001 release. So the sound quality is excellent? Someone here writes that it's terrible.

Got my copy today
Indeed, It sound incredible, super detailed, not at bright side sound, but you definitely hear all high frequency details.
Bass is full and detailed, maybe not so deep, but it's enough in order not to sound with hum.
Gatefold and print are probably one of the best I've seen. Superb quality and detailed.
Much recommend this reissue

Edited 6 months agoPhenomenal remaster, sounds insane! Not sure if there were thin sounding batches but my copy from HMV has deep bass and the mids and treble are super detailed 👌🏻
I only wish the pressing was done on 45, loads of runout on three sides.
Equipment used : Project Debut Pro, 2M Black, Tube box DS2 and KEF LS60 + KF92 -
Sounds great to me. The quality is great, whether it’s the sound, vinyl, inserts or booklet. Just great.

Just don't get it !
Remastered ???
Why oh why ? "What was wrong with first / original mastering anyway ?
Yes , let's put it on 2 vinyls ( does it make it better ? It makes it definitely different , but better ? )
so that people think that more vinyl make it high end / audiophile quality ?
And Rammstein was NEVER about audiophile , or am I wrong ?
Well , if people want to cough extra money for this SCAM , let them do that !
PS : What next ? 4 lps in a limited edition box ? -
This is a great pressing. The packaging is excellent with glossy sleeves and inners. It’s over two disks which makes the sound quality much better. My copy sounds excellent.

Best Album of Rammstein. All in all perfect. Keine weiteren Worte, können beschreiben wie gut es ist.
-
What I don't like about this vinyl is that my copy is warped and side 1 is full of clicks. Rest is good.

I don't know why this record is rated positively by so many. Sure, there are always worse records. But the mastering of this record is far from being called "excellent". Basses are hardly present, the electric guitars are too far into the highs and the highs literally screech. Heavy metal music is apparently hardly ever mastered properly these days. The inlets are once again not padded, so scratches are guaranteed, unless you provide yourself reasonable inlets. The presentation of the record is nice. But the sound quality is far away from the digital version. Too bad... the sound engineers should take a lesson from labels like Music On Vinyl. They manage to master everything perfectly.
