This repress has a muffled sound. Looking out for a better copy. Would be interested, if the early swirls have the same problem. It's not in the masters as the stream sounds fine. -

The hammer song! Is just a 🔨…..unbelievable good after hearing this one after 30 years again. Bad sound quality on my copy.

Why is this second UK press cover described as 'fold out' and the original as 'gatefold'? -
This is a second UK press, which uses the same stampers as the more rare first pressing with the famed Vertigo "swirl" labels. So if you only care about sound, you can just get this and save yourself some money (to buy more LPs, of course...) Great pressing quality as well as audio quality. And not to mention a kick ass album that unfortunately, nowadays is overlooked. Easy to see why. "Next" is a phenomenal album, and the over the top bombast of "The Impossible Dream" and "Tomorrow Belongs To Me" were hard to beat. But "Framed" definitely deserves to garner further listening.

this is a very nice japan lp replicatiin sleeve of the framed lp from 1972 by the sahb, this was remastered in shm remastering ( only available in japan) and the sleeve replicates the original 1972 japan lp sleeve right down to a replication of the original obi strip, this cd sounds great in this format...
