Notes
Original German-vocal versions:
• Version Allemande [original German 12" A-side]
• Version Allemande [German 7" A-side]
Original French-vocal versions:
• Version Française [German 7" B-side and int'l 7" A-side/12" B-side]; "Radio Version" on 1999 reissues.
• Version Française [original German 12" B-side and 1st int'l 12" A-side/"Long Version"].
• Instrumental [7" B-side]: has melody but no vocals.
• 2ᵉ̀ Étape [12" B-side]: has beats & samples, but no melody or vocals.
German-vocal remix version:
• Version Allemande [remix on later pressings of German 12": Tour De (Remix)]
(And the German Remix 12" Tour De (Remix) has Version Allemande on the label but actually plays Version Française.)
French-vocal remix versions:
• Version Française [remix on German 12" later pressings]: "Version" on UK remix 12" B-side and "Kling Klang Analog Mix" on 1999 reissues.
• French Version [US 12" A-side]: Version Française remix + slap bass samples from 1:00 to 1:28.
• French Version [US 7" 'French Version' side]: Edit of French Version.
• Remix [US 12" B-side and int'l Remix 12" A-side]: Similar to French Version but beats start at 0:22 and uses more reverb effects.
• Remix [US 7" 'Remix' side]: Edit of Remix.
• Remix [German 7" A-side]: Edit of Remix, different from US 7".
Many releases, especially those containing the remixes, were actually issued in 1984, despite only bearing 1983 copyrights. For example, the US 12" release containing the remix debuted in December 1983 (assumed based on it being reviewed in Billboard that month), but it's unclear exactly which label variation came first: graphic labels, misprinted company labels, or corrected company labels. The US 45 release containing edits of the 12" versions was not released until early March 1984.
All of the remixes sound like they could be François Kevorkian mixes, but only the ones called "Remix" actually credit him.
'Tour de ' was released in Mexico as 'El Baile de la Escoba' which is Spanish for "The Dance of the Broom". (In the 1984 movie Breakin' there was a scene where Turbo - played by Michael "Boogaloo Shrimp" Chambers - performed a dance routine while sweeping the sidewalk with a broom.)

Mine plays at the wrong speed, too fast. I tried 33 just for the hell of it and that is too slow. I have a strobe and play 45's on a regular basis so it's not the turntable. Anyone else? -

Super release. A real gem in the collection. Everything from the outer sleeve to the final seconds of side B is superb.

I had this one and it had only analoque mixes.
No digital ones at all. Is this that same?
12y ago it was worth about 45€. I mean 1999 vinyl 12" 45rpm version. I sold it as my ex-friend scratched it -and then sold it.
I got it back -but it was fell down (NM to EX+).
I got 20€ still. -
